Hardened steel nozzle Dyze
Dyze is a company dedicated to the development and manufacture of components for 3D printers. Dyze produces hotends, sensors, nozzles and all kinds of accessories, but specialises in the design of extrusion systems.
The hardened steel nozzles have been developed specifically for Dyzend hotends by the manufacturer itself.
The most commonly used material in the manufacture of FDM 3D printing nozzles is brass. However, there are certain materials with which it is not recommended to use this type of nozzle.
Filaments reinforced with carbon fibre or glass fibre, among others, contain abrasive particles that degrade the brass nozzle from the inside, negatively affecting the printing quality and making the nozzle unusable after some time of use.
In these cases, it is advisable to use a hardened steel nozzle such as the Dyze hardened steel nozzle. Hardened steel has a high wear resistance which is ideal for working with reinforced filaments. The high performance of these nozzles is proven to be 24 times more resistant than aluminium nozzles and 12 times more resistant than brass nozzles.
Además, estos nozzles soportan temperaturas más altas que los nozzles estándar de latón, por lo que resultan una opción adecuada para imprimir en 3D materiales técnicos o avanzados.
Dyze hardened steel nozzles have been developed specifically for Dyzend hotends, such as Dyzend-X or Dyzend Pro, which feature cold nozzle removal and installation technology. This technology allows the user to change the nozzle without heating the hotend.
This is achieved by a special, high-temperature sealing washer that prevents possible leaks. Each nozzle includes two sealing washers.
The Dyze hardened steel nozzle is available for 1.75 mm diameter filament in a variety of output diameters.
Dyze hardened steel nozzles are ideal for any FDM 3D printer user with a Dyzend hotend, enabling high performance without the wear and tear of other nozzles when using reinforced filament.
This nozzle has an M10 thread and is developed specifically for Dyzend hotends, so compatibility with other hotends cannot be guaranteed.
