Industrial Cutting Power and High-Precision Engraving

The Beambox II features a 55W CO₂ laser capable of cutting up to 20 mm acrylic and 18 mm Japanese wood. With an engraving speed of up to 900 mm/s, it triples the performance of previous models, enabling fast, precise execution of complex patterns and large projects.

Compatible Materials and Cutting/Engraving Capabilities

The table below highlights materials compatible with the Beambox II and their cutting and engraving limits. Both the maximum cutting depth at standard and full 55W laser power and engraving compatibility are included.

Important Notes

  • Some materials may require multiple passes for effective cutting. Increasing speed or performing several passes can achieve deeper cuts.

  • ¹ Maximum cutting depth may decrease over time with CO₂ laser tube use. Wood cutting performance varies depending on moisture content and density.

  • ² Thick cardboard is highly flammable and should be cut with slight moisture to ensure safety.

  • ³ While high-power lasers can cut thicker leather and fabrics, maximum specified thickness is recommended due to flammability risks.

  • ⁴ Using full power may slightly accelerate laser tube wear.

Smart Features for Optimized Workflow

With built-in Auto Focus, Smart Auto Alignment, and a camera preview five times faster, precise material placement is effortless. The Auto Feeder enables continuous, uninterrupted production for professional workflows.

Engraving Curved Surfaces and 3D Objects

The curve engraving feature adjusts the Z-axis automatically using red light, ensuring perfect precision on curved surfaces. With Chuck Rotary and Passthrough options, cylindrical objects, rings, spheres, and long materials can be engraved accurately.

The Beambox II Chuck Rotary Add-on allows 360° engraving on cylinders and spheres. Step, L, and hexagonal jaws adapt to multiple diameters and shapes, making complex projects flexible.
Specifications: cylindrical diameter 0.04" – 5.71", ring diameter 0.43" – 5.71", sphere diameter 0.98" – 5.12", engraving length up to 19.69".

Certified Safety and Material Protection

The Beambox II is CE, FCC, and FDA certified, compliant with IEC60825-1 and SGS standards. Its fully enclosed design includes an automatic stop when the lid is opened and an emergency stop button, ensuring maximum user safety.

Software and OS Compatibility

Compatible with Beam Studio and LightBurn, the Beambox II supports SVG, JPG, PNG, PDF, DXF, AI, and WEBP files. It works on Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS. The 5” HD touchscreen allows intuitive monitoring and control.

Comparison with Previous Models

Compared to the Beambox (40W) and Beambox Pro (50W), the Beambox II offers more power, larger working area, faster engraving, and advanced automation, making it ideal for workshops, creative studios, and large-scale professional production.

Conclusion: Professional Laser Cutting and Engraving Solution

The Beambox II combines high power, precision, broad material compatibility, smart automation, and accessory options like Chuck Rotary and Beam Air in a desktop laser cutter. Perfect for users seeking professional-grade efficiency, safety, and quality.
