Liquid Additive Manufacturing (LAM), also known as Liquid Deposition Modeling (LDM) is an additive manufacturing process in which a variety of liquid materials is precisely deposited layer by layer to create highly intricate and detailed three-dimensional object. The Moore X4060 3D printer by Tronxy was designed specially to 3D print clay and ceramic materials in liquid format, including (but not limited to) clay, ceramics slurry, red porcelain, and other liquid flowing materials.

Moore X4060

The Moore X4060 printer stands out due to its closed design with a built-in thermostat, a generous build volume of 400 x 400 x 600 mm, layer thicknesses ranging from 0.3 to 3.0, an XYZ positioning accuracy of 6.25 x 6.25 x 1.25 μ, and a printing speed of up to 150 mm/s. This makes the X4060 printer suitable for efficient additive manufacturing of ceramic models for rapid prototyping or high volume production.

In terms of technical specifications, the Moore X4060 printer offers an exclusive OSG dual-core guide rail and metal guide pulley. This system offers a significant advantage over aluminum profile pulleys and linear guide rails, and this is due to the fact that the metal rollers for bearings glide effortlessly, minimizing friction, enabling high-speed and low-noise printing.
