The P-TPO 835 Flex filament should be loaded into the 3D printer using only low-friction perfluorinated tubes, as this flexible material requires a friction-free internal guide; therefore, the use of rigid sensors or systems that squeeze the filament is not recommended. Pre-drying is not necessary, and when the design includes complex areas, delicate bridges, or internal cavities, it is recommended to use P-Support 279 to improve detail definition and avoid deformation.

For reliable adhesion to the print bed, the P-Surface 141 should be placed with the logo facing up, fixed with light pressure using the P-Roller 621, or with P-Adhesive 220 in processes requiring stronger fixation. After placing the surface, it is essential to recalibrate the platform and adjust the nozzle height to ensure a precise and uniform first layer.

Once the platform is prepared, printing should start with an extrusion temperature between 200 and 240 °C, with 230 °C being optimal for stable material flow. The bed should be set to 70–80 °C for the first layer, while subsequent layers can be printed around 20 °C, as the material does not require a heated chamber and maintains thermal stability even in open printers.

To remove the part without damage, the bed should be heated to approximately 110 °C, at which point the model detaches safely and cleanly without the need for invasive tools. This process prevents breakage in flexible areas and protects the print surface. Following these guidelines, P-TPO 835 Flex achieves maximum performance, producing hybrid parts with uniform finishes, controlled flexibility, and high dimensional reliability.
