The desiccant for AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT is specifically designed to maintain a dry and controlled environment inside the automatic material management systems from Bambu Lab. Thanks to its formulation with color-changing silica gel, this desiccant allows visual monitoring of humidity levels, making it an efficient solution for keeping filaments in optimal condition. By protecting materials from moisture absorption, it helps prevent common 3D printing issues such as warping, bubbles, or loss of adhesion.

Each pack contains six desiccant units compatible with AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT systems, and is developed to effectively absorb moisture from the internal air of the system, ensuring the preservation of sensitive filaments such as nylon, PETG, TPU, or PVA. The desiccant changes color from yellow to purple as it absorbs moisture, indicating the right moment for replacement or regeneration by drying, allowing for reuse and resource optimization.

For proper use, it is essential to remove the desiccant from its sealed plastic bag before placing it in the corresponding AMS compartment. This action allows the desiccant to begin functioning immediately, keeping the enclosed environment moisture-free and ensuring stable and long-lasting performance of the automatic feeding system.
