The WASP Reticulated Connection Tube for CFS is a feed conduit with a lattice structure, designed to operate with WASP’s Continuous Feed System (CFS). The tube measures 115 cm in length and is equipped with galvanized steel bushings to ensure secure mechanical transitions during assembly.

In additive manufacturing processes using dense or pasty materials, a technically optimized feed segment is key to maintaining a constant flow to the extruder, preventing flow interruptions, bubble formation, and blockages along the material path. This reticulated tube contributes to this by combining mechanical strength, light flexibility, and an optimized structure for continuous deposition systems.

Installation requires that the tube be securely fixed at both ends of the CFS, that it has no sharp bends or excessive tension, and that it is clean and free from residues or deformations.
