The LGX Lite Pro upgrade kit by Bondtech for the Creality K1 and Creality K1C printers is engineered to substantially boost the performance of the extrusion system, the XY-axis motion and Z-belt tensioner. It comes in two different versions.

The kit is available with either the LGX Lite Pro extruder and X-axis upgrade or just the X-axis upgrade for users who already have the LGX Lite Pro extruder. This upgrade allows for smoother motion, enhanced filament control, and improved print accuracy. For best performance, it is advised to use Bondtech CHT Vol nozzles, although they are not compatible with the K1C printer.

The LGX Lite Pro extruder

The LGX Lite Pro extruder, tailored for 1.75 mm filament, is equipped with hardened steel gears, is equipped with abrasive, rigid, semi-flexible, flexible, and soft filaments.

Featuring five preset filament tension settings and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180 ºC, this extruder provides high torque, improved filament grip, and excellent heat resistance. Its components are CE, RoHS, and REACh certified, guaranteeing adherence to international safety and environmental regulations.

Upgrade kit contents

Both kits come with all the essential components required to install either the complete LGX Lite Pro extruder upgrade on the Creality K1/K1C 3D printer or just the X-axis upgrade kit.

1x LGX PRO Lite extruder (only in the version with extruder).
X-axis upgrade kit for Creality K1/K1C:
1. 1x LGX Lite PRO X-carriage for Creality K1/K1C.
2. 1x LGX Lite XHP-4 to Micro 4-PIN adapter cable.
3. 1x Creality K1/K1C X-carriage belt retainer (right).
4. 1x Creality K1/K1C X-carriage belt retainer (left).
5. 1x Hardware accessories for Creality K1/K1C.
6. 2x X-rod for Creality K1/K1C 302.5 mm.
7. 1x X-rods holder for Creality K1/K1C (left).
8. 1x X-rods holder for Creality K1/K1C (right).

The plastic components in the upgrade kit are constructed from grey PA12 reinforced with glass beads, providing enhanced strength and heat resistance.

It is important to note that this upgrade kit is intended for use with a stock Creality K1/K1C printer and may not be compatible with custom modifications such as alternative belt widths, custom gantries, or altered belt paths.
