Bondtech LGX Lite Pro Upgrade Kit for Creality K1 Max

The LGX Lite Pro upgrade kit by Bondtech for the Creality K1 Max printer is designed to significantly enhance the performance of the printer's extrusion system, XY-axis motion, and Z-belt tensioner. This upgrade kit is available in two versions.

It either includes the LGX Lite Pro extruder and X-axis upgrade kit or only the X-axis upgrade kit for those who already own the LGX Lite Pro extruder. By upgrading with this kit, users can achieve smoother motion, better filament control, and more precise prints. For optimal results, it is recommended to pair this upgrade with Bondtech CHT Vol nozzles (not compatible with the newer K1 Max printer with the Unicorn hotend).

The LGX Lite Pro extruder

The LGX Lite Pro extruder, specifically designed for 1.75 mm filament, features hardened steel gears, allowing it to work with a wide range of materials, including abrasive, rigid, semi-flexible, flexible, and soft filaments.

With five preset filament tension options and the ability to withstand temperatures up to 180 ºC, this extruder delivers high torque, enhanced filament grip, and superior resistance to heat. Its components are CE, RoHS, and REACh certified, ensuring compliance with international safety and environmental standards.

Upgrade kit contents

Both kits include all the key components needed to install either the full LGX Lite Pro extruder upgrade kit on the Creality K1 Max 3D printer, or just the X-axis upgrade kit. 

1. 1x LGX PRO Lite extruder (only in the version with extruder).
2. X-axis upgrade kit for Creality K1 Max:
   1. 1x LGX Lite PRO X-carriage for Creality K1 Max.
   2. 1x LGX Lite XHP-4 to Micro 4-PIN adapter cable.
   3. 1x Creality K1 Max X-carriage belt retainer (right).
   4. 1x Creality K1 Max X-carriage belt retainer (left).
   5. 1x Hardware accessories for Creality K1 Max.
   6. 2x X-rod for Creality K1 Max 302.5 mm.
   7. 1x X-rods holder for Creality K1 Max (left).
   8. 1x X-rods holder for Creality K1 Max (right).

The plastic parts in the upgrade kit are made from grey PA12 reinforced with glass beads, which offers increased strength and heat resistance.
