The Ceramic Pro resin is characterized by its extreme rigidity and heat resistance up to 280ºC. It also has high resistance to thermal and chemical deformation. Additionally, its low viscosity makes it easy to use and optimizes production time. These features make it an excellent choice for producing molds that must withstand high temperatures during the injection molding process. Molds printed with Ceramic Pro can be made in less than 9 hours and at a much lower cost.

One of the most notable applications of Rigid Ceramic Pro resin is its use in overmolding wires and other components. This process involves covering a base part with an additional layer of material, improving its properties. The Rigid Ceramic Pro resin is ideal for creating molds with great precision and durability. It’s especially useful when electrical insulation or protection from environmental factors, such as moisture or dust, is required.

The Rigid Ceramic Pro resin is a standout option for demanding industrial applications due to its mechanical and thermochemical properties. With a bending modulus of 10.086 MPa, it’s extremely resistant to deformation under load, making it perfect for high-precision molds.
