Nylon-Green Tough resin Phrozen
The Nylon-Green Tough resin by Phrozen belongs to the brand's line of engineering 3D printing resins. This resin was designed to possess remarkable stretchability (elongation at break of 110 %) and great impact resistance, ensuring durability and steadfastness in various applications. Tailored explicitly for the additive manufacturing of prototypes and functional components, the Nylon-Green Tough resin thrives in environments demanding enduring materials capable of withstanding recurrent impacts and handling without succumbing to breakage.
Additionally, its distinctive translucent green hue not only adds an aesthetic allure but also serves a practical purpose, enabling the showcasing of internal intricacies within 3D printed prototypes or final parts. Another benefit of the resin's vibrant green color is that it offers the 3D printed parts visual distinction from among other components in multi-element designs.

Once opened, Phrozen Nylon-Green Tough resin must be stored properly to prevent degradation of the resin. To achieve the desired properties, parts 3D printed with Nylon-Green Tough resin must be post-processed. The parts must first be washed in IPA alcohol or any other authorized resin cleaning liquid and then post-cured under UV light. Washing and curing can be done with the help of devices such as the Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit or the Cure XL or Cure Mega curing devices.
