The 3172 HDT50 High Impact resin from the Loctite family of high impact resins is a strong and durable resin with mechanical properties similar to polypropylene. Apart from being characterized by great elongation at break, excellent impact strength and compression strength, parts 3D printed with the 3172 HDT50 resin can be machined, tapped or polished to further enhance their visual aspect. The 3172 HDT50 High Impact resin is the perfect material for the additive manufacturing of tooling, manufacturing aids, housings, shoe insoles, and many more.
