The Industrial Nylon-like resin is a material from the HARZ Labs portfolio of industrial resins. HARZ Labs is a resin manufacturer with extensive experience in chemicals, especially polymers, that develops and produces high quality materials for all types of resin 3D printer technologies (DLP/LCD, SLA, CJP and others).
Industrial Nylon-like resin was designed for the LCD/DLP 3D printing of models with high strength and hardness for applications where high impact resistance and bending properties are needed. Parts 3D printed with the Industrial Nylon-like resin do not become brittle during use and have properties similar to Polyamide 6.
Parts 3D printed with the Industrial Nylon-like resin can be used not only as functional prototypes but also as end-use products thanks to the resin's high impact toughness and high tensile elongation. Some examples of what can be made with Industrial Nylon-like resin are impact resistant housings, gears, brackets, etc.
It should be kept in mind that parts made with this material are not recommended for use in contact with water or any aggressive media (acids, alkalis and their solutions) or solvents.

The print settings for the Industrial Nylon-like resin can be found on the manufacturer's website. Once the printing has been completed, the part must be removed from the manufacturing platform with a metal spatula, taking care not to damage the surface of the platform. The part should then be washed twice (3 minutes each time) in IPA alcohol to remove the uncured resin from the outer walls of the part. After this time, air pressure should be applied to the piece until it is completely dry. To achieve the maximum properties that HARZ Industrial Nylon-Like can provide, it is necessary to cure the part in a curing station (Form Cure) for 15 minutes. Washing and curing parameters can be found on the Harz Labs website.
Before removing the parts from the manufacturing base, the user must be equipped with a series of safety measures. The use of gloves is recommended to prevent resin and alcohol from contacting the skin. It is also crucial to wear safety glasses for any drops that may arise during the washing of the parts.
