Masterbatch for pellets

This is a universal dye which can be used to color various polymers, and can specifically be used with our pellets and a suitable filament extruder Filastruder to produce filament for 3D Printing. We currently have a range of 6 dye colors (red, blue, yellow, green, white and black).

To obtain different colours, the material pellets must be combined with the desired dyes. In this way, customised colours can be achieved. This can be very useful, as in some cases it can be difficult to find the exact colour required for each application. This is a great advantage, especially when producing small series of parts in a particular colour.

Our dye is specified as having a 1% addition rate, so we supply in quantities of 25g that would be ideal to color 1kg of pellets. You could also opt for a multi-pack which will give you the 5 colors listed above.  These colors can be mixed to create other colors or effects, please see this link for more information and some examples.
