Raise3D's Open Material Program incorporates Loctite, Forward AM, and Liqcreate resins

News

Raise3D Open Material Program

Raise3D continues to strongly support openness and innovation with its Open Material Program (OMP). In industrial and product development environments, the ability to tailor materials to specific requirements is key. With this in mind, OMP is an open ecosystem that removes the traditional restrictions associated with proprietary materials, offering greater versatility and a wider range of materials for DLP 3D printing.

This means no longer being limited to a closed catalog, and being able to experiment with a wide range of resins adapted to various industrial, technical, or creative applications, allowing the use of materials from other manufacturers such as Henkel Loctite, AM Forward (BASF), or Liqcreate.

OMP-validated resins for engineering applications from Loctite, BASF, and Liqcreate

Raise3D has established partnerships with leading manufacturers such as Henkel Loctite and AM Forward (BASF), whose resins have undergone validation processes to ensure compatibility with Raise3D printers, guaranteeing repeatability, interlayer adhesion, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical properties, such as:

Compatibility with dental resins

Digital dentistry is one of the sectors that has most benefited from resin additive manufacturing in recent years. In this context, Raise3D, through its Open Material Program, has validated multiple dental resins for specific applications, ensuring clinically accurate and reproducible results. These resins are designed for digital dental workflows, including orthodontic models, surgical guides, splints, provisionals, and thermoformed aligners. All with certified biocompatibility.

  • Liqcreate Dental Model: Ideal for orthodontic and fixed restoration models. Excellent stability and surface detail.
  • Liqcreate Gingiva Mask: Simulates soft gum tissue; useful for implantology models.
  • Ultracur3D DM2505: Rigid and water-washable, ideal for dental models and thermoforming molds.
  • Ultracur3D DM4505 N: High precision and matte finish, specially designed for clinical-use dental models.
  • Ultracur3D DM2304: Formulated for general dental applications, combining good rigidity with excellent surface detail.
