Adhesive PEI Sheet: High-quality polycarbonate PEI surface that ensures excellent adhesion for a wide range of materials, including PEEK, PEI, and other high-performance polymers. Easy installation using high-temperature resistant adhesive. Ideal for users seeking a cost-effective and efficient solution to improve bed adhesion on existing platforms.

Removable Magnetic Base: Dual-layer system consisting of a fixed magnetic base and a removable flexible surface. Enables easy part removal without additional tools, reducing the risk of damage. Compatible with CreatBot printers requiring frequent surface changes or continuous production.

Complete Printing Platform: Full assembly including heated bed, printing surface, and necessary fastening elements. Designed for complete replacements or upgrades of the original platform. Ensures uniform heat distribution and consistent adhesion across the entire surface.

Note: To cover the full print surface of the CreatBot D1000 HS, 4 units of the PEI sheet or removable magnetic base are required. Additionally, in the case of the removable magnetic base, there are 4 versions depending on their position on the bed, and they are not interchangeable. To determine which one you need, you can follow the diagram below:

Printing beds for CreatBot printers are designed to provide optimal adhesion and facilitate the removal of printed parts, even in demanding thermal environments and with high-performance materials. They are available in various configurations to suit different professional production needs.

In large-format printers (such as the D1000 HS), the entire print surface is covered with multiple sheets or modules that must be adjusted and replaced in a coordinated manner according to wear or the need for partial replacement.

Adhesive PEI sheet: provides excellent adhesion for a wide range of materials, including technical polymers. Its installation using heat-resistant adhesive allows direct use on the existing bed.
Removable magnetic base: a dual-layer system (fixed magnetic base + flexible surface) that allows parts to be removed without tools, reducing the risk of damage and speeding up production.
Complete printing platform: a set that includes the heated bed, surface, and fastening elements for full replacements or upgrades of the original platform.
Zone-based replacement: in large-volume printers such as the CreatBot D1000 HS, 4 units of PEI sheet or magnetic base are required to cover the entire print surface. Each sheet or module has a specific position (A, B, C, D corresponding to front left/right and rear left/right) and are not interchangeable, so it is important to identify correctly which one needs to be replaced.
Uniform heating: ensuring the heated bed warms evenly before starting the print improves first-layer adhesion and reduces warping, especially with high-temperature technical materials.
Maintenance and cleaning: regularly cleaning surfaces of debris, dust, or adhesive residue maintains adhesion and prolongs the life of PEI sheets and magnetic bases.
