

Zortrax is a Polish company founded in 2013 and focused on the development of professional 3D printing systems. Its main strength is the excellent optimisation and integration between its 3D printers, materials and software. This greatly simplifies the entire printing process, minimising set-up times and reducing the likelihood of failure to a minimum, making them ideal systems for professional environments.
Zortrax offers a wide range of technical materials perfectly optimised for best results in conjunction with its LPD printers, including ABS, ASA, PCABS, Nylon, HIPS and others.
Z-ASA Pro is a high quality acrylonitrile styrene acrylate filament formulated and optimised for best results in combination with Zortrax brand LPD printers.
It is the most stable and durable filament in the Zortrax range of materials. Its high UV resistance and low hygroscopicity make it the ideal material for outdoor applications or in extreme conditions of humidity and sun exposure. This makes it suitable for long-term validation of functional prototypes.
Z-ASA Pro has similar mechanical and thermal properties to ABS, however its low shrinkage and warping make it more dimensionally stable, making it more suitable for the production of assembly components or interconnected parts.
Z-ASA Pro is available in three basic colours: graphite, white and black, and in 800 g or 2 kg reels.
Like Z-ABS, Z-ULTRAT and Z-HIPS, it is compatible with Zortrax Apoller, a chemical post-processing device that smoothes the surface of parts and gives them a glossy finish by spraying them with acetone or methyl ether ketone (MEK).
