The ABS-E filament prints best with a nozzle at 195-220 ºC and an optional bed between 50-70 ºC. A 100% fan is recommended, layer height of 0.1-0.3 mm, wall thickness of 1.2 mm, and speeds up to 120 mm/s for strong parts and precise finishes. For greater dimensional stability, annealing at 80-110 ºC can be performed.

During printing, small amounts of styrene monomer may be released, so a well-ventilated workspace is recommended.
