Zortrax is a Polish company founded in 2013 and focused on the development of professional 3D printing systems. Its main strength is the excellent optimisation and integration between its 3D printers, materials and software. This greatly simplifies the entire printing process, minimising set-up times and reducing the likelihood of failure to a minimum, making them ideal systems for professional environments.

Zortrax offers a wide range of technical materials perfectly optimised for best results in conjunction with its LPD printers, including ABS, ASA, PCABS, Nylon, HIPS and others.

Z-PCABS is an advanced filament based on ABS reinforced with 30-35% polycarbonate fibres.

The properties of Z-PCABS remain intact over time, giving it high durability. It also has excellent resistance to impact, UV light and high temperatures.

All this, together with its good chemical resistance to salts, acids and alkalis, makes it an ideal choice for industrial applications such as the manufacture of tools and jigs or equipment protection elements.

Z-PCABS is available in ivory and cold grey and in 800 g format.

Despite being a fibre-reinforced material, it is non-abrasive and therefore does not require the use of hardened nozzles. The use of the HEPA cover is recommended for the entire printing process.
