Silicone oil

Silicone oil is an inorganic lubricant especially suitable for treating friction components that have to work within a wide range of temperatures, as it remains stable between 25 ºC and 250 ºC.

This is why it is the recommended product for the lubrication of recoater rails in SLS Sinterit 3D printers or in internal moving components of FDM 3D printers with heated chambers.

It also provides high corrosion protection, is electrically insulating and has a long service life due to its resistance to ageing, high adhesion and resistance to UV radiation.

Application: It can be applied in metal-to-metal, metal-to-plastic or plastic-to-plastic pairs.
