This safety enclosure was designed specially for the Mekanika CNC machines in order to provide the users with a safe working environment. The enclosure is equipped with three security features:

  1. Spindle stop - as soon as the enclosure door is opened, the spindle and the movements wil stop immediately thanks to magnetic sensors.
  2. Emergency stop and touchpad - these elements can be reconnected outside the enclosure, which makes them accessible for use.
  3. Vacuum hose connection - this allows the user to connect any hose for dust removal.

The safety enclosure is available in three size options:

  • S - 1100 x 1100 x 800 mm.
  • M - 1100 x 1500 x 800 mm.
  • L - 1500 x 1500 x 800 mm.

Using the safety enclosure with the Mekanika CNC machines ensures user safety by preventing accidental injuries, prevents unauthorized access to the machine, and ensures optimal end result of the milling process.
