Polyester based elastic filament, optimised for Zortrax printers.

Zortrax is a Polish company founded in 2013 and focused on the development of professional 3D printing systems. Its main strength is the excellent optimisation and integration between its 3D printers, materials and software. This greatly simplifies the entire printing process, minimising set-up times and reducing the likelihood of failure to a minimum, making them ideal systems for professional environments.

Zortrax offers a wide range of technical materials perfectly optimised for the best results in conjunction with its LPD printers, including ABS, ASA, PCABS, Nylon, HIPS and others.

Z-FLEX is a polyester-based flexible filament designed for industrial use. It is a material with a deformation at break of 3319 % and a Shore 83A hardness. It stands out from other flexible materials in its excellent thermal resistance as it can work at temperatures between -40 ºC and 70 ºC.

Z-FLEX also stands out for its chemical resistance to substances such as petrol, ethanol or butane, making it a suitable material for industrial environments.

It can be printed at speeds of up to 45 mm/s, which is considered a high printing speed for flexible materials.
