The Neptune 4 Pro printer was designed for performance and durability. The X and Y axes are fitted with double-fixed guides with U-shaped wheels that provide less resistance and greater precision of movement. Made entirely of metal, they are more durable and require less maintenance. The Z-axis motor is equipped with a double gearing for smoother movements, precise levelling and therefore better print quality and accuracy.

Equipped with 121 (11x11) points auto bed leveling and auxiliary leveling via hand-twist knobs, this system ensures consistent and reliable prints without manual bed adjustments. Simple adjustments are facilitated by the easily maneuverable XY-axis belt tensioner and widened Y-axis profile for stability.

Neptune 4 Pro comes pre-installed with Klipper Firmware, showcasing a quiet Klipper motherboard and a potent ARM 64-bit 1.5 G main frequency quad-core processor. This technological prowess enables rapid printing speeds, reaching up to 500 mm/s, and supports advanced functionalities like input shaping and pressure advance, ensuring exceptional accuracy and flawlessly smooth models.

The printer's dual-gear direct drive extruder developed in-house by Elegoo features a 5.2:1 reduction ratio, guaranteeing consistent and seamless extrusion. Enhanced by a copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe and an innovative air duct design, it optimizes heat dissipation and mitigates nozzle clogging for uninterrupted printing processes. In comparison with the Neptune 3 Pro, the extruder of Neptune 4 Pro weighs approximately 75 % less. Furthermore, the efficient heat dissipation system comprises double-sided 4015 ball bearing cooling fans and 4x4020 ball bearing blower fans, preventing warping and enhancing print quality even at high speeds.

With a high-temperature nozzle capable of reaching 300 °C, the Neptune 4 Pro accommodates a wide spectrum of filaments, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and high-temperature variants like nylon. Its elongated hot end design ensures consistent heating, faster melting, and superior extrusion, consequently amplifying printing speed.

Featuring a segmented heatbed (up to 110 ºC) with intelligent temperature control, the printer's slicing software detects model size during slicing. Activating peripheral heating zones (150 W) when the model exceeds the center heating zone (120 x 120 mm, 100 W), it enables precise temperature adjustments. The printing surface of the Neptune 4 Pro printer is a PEI magnetic platform that facilitates easy part removal.

Practical features

The power loss recovery function ensures uninterrupted printing post-power failure, while a filament sensor halts and alarms when filament breaks or depletes. LAN networking enables remote control via a WEB terminal within the network. Neptune 4 Pro is also compatible with the Cura laminating software.

The 4.3-inch capacitive screen supports 8 languages, offers a model preview, and allows pausing during printing for monitoring and adjustments.
