This Copymaster 3D Voron2 V2.4 kit contains all the hardware needed for the assembly of the Voron2 V2.4 3D printer. The components have been carefully selected to provide the highest quality but they can be swapped out by the user to create a customized Voron2 V2.4 printer or simply upgrade it.

Nevertheless, it should be kept in mind that some parts will have to be sourced and 3D printed by the user since they are not provided as part of this kit. This kit does not include Raspberry Pi either.

The Copymaster 3D Voron2 V2.4 kit

The CoreXY Voron2 V2.4 printer from the Voron family is one of the products in the Copymaster 3D portfolio. The printer has the following build volumes: 250 x 250 x 250 mm, 300 x 300 x 300 mm and 350 x 350 x 350 mm. The Voron2 V2.4 is made of top quality components, it can achieve high precision and print at a speed of up to 250 mm/s (depending on the material).

The build surface consists of a top quality flexible magnetic PEI sheet and a precision machined 5/16” cast aluminum build plate that helps avoid thermal deformation. The Voron2 V2.4 printer can operate at up to 110 ºC and the build plate is heated with a premium DC 110 V 650 W silicone pad with glass fiber.

The Voron2 V2.4 3D printer can print at a temperature of up to 300 ºC and it is equipped with a Bowden extrusion system with a single extruder for 1.75 mm filament, as well as a high temperature resistant, high torque and high speed NEMA motors. Another high quality components are the BMG extruder kit, and the hotends available in three options: an all metal E3D V6 titanium alloy hotend, a Dragon Standard Flow hotend or a Dragon High Flow hotend. The Voron2 V2.4 printer comes with a RepRap M6 0.4 mm nozzle with a 0.4 mm diameter.

All the electronic components of the Voron2 V2.4 3D printer are high quality products and guarantee smooth and satisfactory performance. It should be kept in mind that all electronic parts of the 3D printer should be handled with utmost care, always in an ESD safe environment and always with the equipment turned off and cut off from power supply. Improper handling of the electronic components may result in a static discharge, damage to the 3D printer or harm to the user.

The Voron2 V2.4 3D printer is equipped with two NEMA17 stepper motors and genuine Gates belts for the XY axis. Gates belts have perfectly profiled teeth, contribute improved stiffness and damping, and guarantee a superior grip.

Furthermore, the Voron2 V2.4 3D printer is equipped with a fume extractor carbon filter and it has an open filament system, which allows the user to print with materials from any manufacturer. The printer is also equipped with the BTT Octopus v1.1 control board, one of the most powerful boards on the market.

This, combined with an efficient motion system and a top notch extrusion system, makes the Voron2 V2.4 3D printer a perfect choice for a very versatile and capable 3D printer for both amateurs and professionals in the field.
