Elastomeric resin with high rebound and resistance to repetitive strain and tearing.

The IND5714 resin by Loctite is an industrial-grade high strength elastomer engineered to enable the additive manufacturing of parts with high rebound capabilities and remarkable repetitive strain resistance. With a low Shore hardness of 53 A complemented by outstanding features including excellent compression set and tear resistance, high elongation at break, and low modulus, IND5714 stands out as the preferred material across a broad spectrum of industrial elastomeric applications. The resin was engineered to be compatible with a broad range of DLP and LCD machines.

The IND5714 resin offers ease of processing thanks to the excellent H&S Rating, it is TPO-free and comes with low hazard labeling, ensuring both safety and compliance. The IND5714 resin's versatility extends to safe touch applications and soft robotics, as well as cushioning and dampening needs in various sectors (shock absorbers, gaskets, seals), and also sporting goods and consumer products.

Ensuring reliability, parts 3D printed with IND5714 resin have undergone rigorous heat aging experiments without load according to ASTM D3045, exhibiting outstanding results. Samples were exposed to defined heat conditions, simulating real-world environments, and underwent mechanical testing according to ASTM D412, proving the material's durability and stability even under challenging conditions. The results can be consulted in the technical datasheet in the Downloads section.
