Resin for dental applications. High elasticity and dimensional and color stability.

The Gingiva Mask resin from the Phrozen portfolio of dental 3D printing resins is a pink material engineered for the additive manufacturing of gum tissues on dental implant models and crown and bridge models. The Gingiva Mask Resin doesn't just replicate the appearance but also mimics the tactile qualities of oral soft tissues. Parts 3D printed with the Gingiva Mask resin have a soft Shore 45 A hardness, exceptional elasticity (elongation at break of 42-46 %), and superior dimensional and color stability.

Parts 3D printed with the Gingiva Mask resin offer high post-processability by cutting and trimming. This allows technicians to finely tailor dentures to match the unique intraoral conditions of each patient. A detailed step-by-step manual for 3D printing gingiva masks for implant visualization and treatment planning is available on the manufacturer's website.

Once opened, Phrozen Gingiva Mask resin must be stored properly to prevent degradation of the resin. To achieve the desired properties, parts 3D printed with Gingiva Mask resin must be post-processed. The parts must first be washed in IPA alcohol or any other authorized resin cleaning liquid and then post-cured under UV light. Washing and curing can be done with the help of devices such as the Phrozen Wash & Cure Kit or the Cure XL or Cure Mega curing devices.

More information on the maintenance of Gingiva Mask resins, as well as the printing and post-processing of 3D printed parts can be found in the Manual in the Downloads section.
