Zortrax is a Polish company founded in 2013 and focused on the development of professional 3D printing systems. Its main strength is the excellent optimisation and integration between its 3D printers, materials and software. This greatly simplifies the entire printing process, minimising set-up times and reducing the likelihood of failure to a minimum, making them ideal systems for professional environments.

Zortrax offers a wide range of technical materials perfectly optimised for best results in conjunction with its LPD printers, including ABS, ASA, PCABS, Nylon, HIPS and others.

Z-ESD V2 is a PET-based filament with a surface resistivity between 10^6 and 10^9 Ω/sq, so components made with this filament provide excellent protection against electrostatic discharge.

It is a material of particular interest in the electronics industry as well as in the production of scientific and precision equipment and components, because in addition to its excellent antistatic properties, it has a high resistance to acids, alcohols and alkaline substances.

It also has low shrinkage on cooling, which gives it excellent dimensional stability and reduces the likelihood of warping on large parts.

For all these reasons, Z-ESD V2 is the ideal material for the production of protective housings for sensitive electronic equipment or equipment to be handled in industrial environments.

Z-ESD 2 is only compatible with Zortrax M200 Plus and M300 Plus printers.
