The CNC waterjet cutting or waterjet is one of the most advanced technologies for modern manufacturing, thanks to its ability to work with any material with millimeter precision, without thermal deformation, and at high speed. In this regard, the WAZER Pro redefines standards by offering the performance of an industrial system in a compact and affordable format, making it the ideal choice for workshops, industries, and educational centers seeking a powerful, versatile tool that combines maximum efficiency with ease of use.

Video 1: Introduction of the Wazer Pro and Wazer Desktop waterjet cutters.

Video 2: 7 highlights of the WAZER Pro waterjet cutter.

With more than double the power of its desktop version, the WAZER Pro allows cutting up to twice the thickness and up to five times faster, while maintaining minimal maintenance and simple operation that anyone can handle. This waterjet cutter can cut materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, tool steel, borosilicate glass, soda-lime glass, acrylic, high-density polyethylene, polycarbonate, carbon fiber, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, marble tiles, granite tiles, neoprene 50A, silicone 50A, polyurethane 60A, polyurethane foam, among others.

Video 3: How waterjet cutters work.

High-performance industrial cutting in any environment

The WAZER Pro combines power, precision, and ease of use. Its 2.1 kW hydraulic pump and 7150 psi working pressure allow clean cuts in aluminum up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 10 mm, stone and glass up to 25 mm, as well as plastics, rubber, composites, and high-density foam.

The patented abrasive collection system eliminates interruptions and ensures continuous cuts of up to 90 minutes. This feature reduces maintenance costs, prevents jams, and increases daily productivity, making it a high-performance machine suitable for both series production and rapid prototyping.
