Designed to be fully compatible with PLA and PETG, this transparent 3D printing support material eliminates the need to switch filaments between projects, simplifying workflow and increasing production efficiency. Support transparency allows constant visual monitoring, while material consistency ensures reliable support for highly detailed prints.

Thanks to its integrated RFID technology, all printing parameters are automatically loaded via the AMS or AMS Lite system, optimizing printer setup and eliminating tedious manual steps. This high-temperature support is supplied on a reusable spool with precise diameter of 1.75 mm ± 0.05 mm, ensuring accuracy and durability in every print.

The PLA/PETG support from Bambu Lab is specially designed for PLA and PETG filaments, ensuring compatibility with all nozzle sizes and materials. For optimal results, it is recommended to set the nozzle temperature between 190 and 220 °C and the bed temperature between 35 and 60 °C, maintaining a printing speed below 100 mm/s. This filament is water-insoluble, so support removal must be done mechanically.

Before using the support, it is advisable to dry the filament if it has been exposed to moisture or is brittle. A filament dryer can be used at 75 °C for 8 hours. During printing, keeping the filament in a sealed container with desiccant preserves its properties and ensures consistent and reliable 3D printing.

The PLA/PETG support is compatible with various build surfaces such as PEI sheets, and can be used with adhesives or glue sticks. For printers equipped with AMS, it is recommended to select "Support for PLA/PETG" in the support/raft interface settings of the slicer.

When using tree supports, it is advised not to use the support filament for the support base or raft, avoiding adhesion issues or unnecessary residue. For full control of the print and advanced settings, refer to the support guide in the Wiki, which includes detailed instructions for drying and handling the filament.

With these settings and precautions, the PLA/PETG support enables precise 3D prints, clean surfaces, and perfectly reproduced complex details, making it an essential material for professional and high-quality projects.
