The support comes on a high-temperature reusable spool with a 1.75 mm ±0.05 mm diameter, ensuring consistent feeding and compatibility with AMS (Automatic Material System). The ABS support is specifically designed to create support structures during 3D printing with ABS. Its formulation allows precise adhesion to the main material and easy support removal, ensuring clean prints and optimizing workflow for prototyping and functional part manufacturing projects.

For optimal results, the filament can be pre-dried at 80 °C for 4 hours in a dryer. Maintaining relative humidity below 20% during storage helps preserve the material’s quality and consistency, ensuring stable performance in every print.

It is recommended to use 3D printers with enclosed chambers to maintain a constant temperature and ensure proper support adhesion. The material is fully compatible with complete AMS systems, enabling automated and reliable printing, although it is not compatible with AMS Lite.

Recommended nozzles include hotends with hardened steel nozzles of 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, or 0.8 mm and 0.4 mm stainless steel nozzles. 0.2 mm nozzles are not recommended as they may affect support precision and adhesion. The hotend temperature should be kept between 240 °C and 270 °C, while the bed temperature should be between 80 °C and 100 °C, using adhesives such as liquid glue to improve print stability.

It is advisable to print at speeds below 100 mm/s to properly control material flow and prevent support deformation. Smooth or textured PEI build plates are highly recommended.

This support is water-insoluble and soluble in limonene, allowing clean and efficient removal after printing. Keeping the filament protected from moisture during the printing process ensures uniform results, high definition, and professional finishes on every printed part.
