The ACF film from the renowned company Phrozen is a transparent sheet placed over the resin tank to allow the UV light to pass through and cure the resin during the printing process. Phrozen offers the ACF film in different sizes to ensure compatibility with various printer models.

Compared to nFEP films, the ACF film ensures better release as it features a smoother and less sticky surface. Phrozen’s ACF films help reduce lift distance, allowing larger models to be printed faster without compromising quality.
It is essential to note that printing at extremely high speeds for a prolonged period should be avoided, as this will wear out the film quickly. ACF films should be inspected and replaced when print quality suddenly decreases or if there are visible dents, scratches, or deformations on the film’s surface.
The ACF film should be installed with the shiny side facing the resin tank and the matte side facing the LCD screen. The replacement process for Phrozen’s ACF films is the same as for nFEP films. Tutorials are available on Phrozen’s YouTube channel for the Mini 8K, Mega 8K, and Mighty 8K printers.
