Flux Europe is a company that develops and manufactures desktop laser cutting and engraving machines together with accessories that improve the manufacturing and the environment surrounding this activity.

Flux Europe has 3 laser cutting and engraving machines, BeamoBeambox and Beambox Pro, which have a CO2 laser head that does the work.

The laser cutting or engraving process generates a number of gases that can be harmful to health. For this reason, Flux Europe has developed Beam air 2.0. This filter system is compatible with its 3 laser cutting and engraving machines:  BeamoBeambox and Beambox Pro.

Beam Air 2.0 is an air filtration system with 4 barriers preventing harmful particles from creating problems for the user:

  • Pre-filter
  • Medium efficiency filter
  • H13 filter
  • Activated carbon filter

The medium efficiency filter replacement is a part of the Beam Air filter system that Flux Europe recommends replacing every 50 - 150 hours of use to ensure proper air purification.

Intercambiar el filtro de eficiencia media es una tarea sencilla que se puede llevar a cabo en menos de 5 minutos. Para una correcta sustitución del filtro de eficiencia media se recomienda seguir las siguientes instrucciones:

  1. Se debe abrir la tapa superior del sistema de filtrado Beam Air 2.0.
  2. Una vez se abre la tapa, el usuario se encuentra con el prefiltro, que debe retirar para poder acceder al filtro de eficiencia media.
  3. En este momento se puede retirar el filtro de eficiencia media e intercambiarlo por el filtro original de Flux Europe.
  4. Una vez colocado el filtro en su posición correcta, se procederá a volver a poner el prefiltro o en caso de que ya tenga las horas de uso recomendadas por el fabricante de Beam Air 2.0 sustituirlo por uno nuevo.
  5. Por último, se debe poner la tapa superior de Beam Air 2.0 para que quede sellada correctamente y evitar fugas durante el filtrado.
