The heater block for Raise3D Pro2 and Pro3 Series printers is a key element of the Hotend, as it houses the necessary connections for its operation. The heater block design is intended and developed to perform its function in both the right and left Hotend interchangeably, ensuring compatibility and stable thermal performance across both generations of equipment.
It is a block machined from high-quality aluminum featuring a generous volume which, together with the use of the silicone sock, helps maintain a stable temperature by minimizing the effect of ambient temperature variations or airflow, thus ensuring homogeneous material melting and higher print quality on Raise3D Pro2 and Pro3 3D printers.
It is recommended to use the heating block in combination with the silicone sleeve of Raise3D. A PID calibration is recommended every time the heater block is replaced.
