  • Cleaning of the recoater rails.
  • Lubrication of the recoater rear rail.

After each printing:

  • Cleaning of the pyrometer optical window and the laser protective glass with ethyl alcohol.
  • Cleaning of the recoater rails.
  • Cleaning of the burnt powder on the walls of the printing cylinder.

Every 100 h of use

  • Replace the recoater short rope and anchor bolts.

Every 500 h of use

  • Replace the insulation of the print bed
  • Replace power supply base insulation
  • Replace the fastening screws of the bases

Every 700 h of use

  • Replacing the recoater pull rope
  • Replace recoater skid

Every 1000 h of use

  • Replace the pyrometer optical window
