Chemical polishing technology at room temperature

Thanks to its innovative room-temperature processing technology, the Smooth-20X allows smoothing 3D printed parts without exceeding the material's glass transition temperature. This approach eliminates common issues such as uneven smoothing, dimensional deformation, cracking from over-treatment, and mechanical performance loss caused by high-temperature vapors. After processing, parts achieve a surface roughness Ra ≤ 2.0, significantly improving strength, durability, and aesthetic finish without compromising functional integrity.

Compatibility with 3D printing materials and technologies

The Smooth-20X offers high compatibility with commonly used professional 3D printing polymers, including PA12, PA11, PA6, TPU, Peba, and PLA.
