Designed to enhance the dental 3D printing experience, the HT Resin Tank from HeyGears is much more than a simple resin container: it is an advanced tool that optimizes every stage of the process, from surface finish to material consumption.

Thanks to its high-transparency material technology, the tank enables smooth, clean surfaces with superior translucency, significantly reducing manual polishing time. In many applications, it is even possible to achieve finishes without post-polishing, speeding up the workflow and improving clinical or laboratory productivity.

When used together with the Pulse Module, the HT Resin Tank reduces peeling force by up to 90% compared to standard trays (like the F2-D from the A2D). This advancement not only makes part removal easier, but also simplifies post-processing and improves the durability of the printed material.

In addition, as a heated tank that reduces the viscosity of dental resins, it allows the material to flow more easily back into position, which not only improves print quality but also reduces material consumption and makes tank cleaning much easier.

Designed for long-term and cost-effective use, the HT Resin Tank offers low operating costs and allows the user to replace the film themselves, ensuring simple and affordable maintenance without the need for specialized technical support.
