Correct use of the complete Alphaprint cleaning system

The products are designed to work together, not independently, within the Alphaprint system, composed of:

The system must always be used as a complete flow of two consecutive steps. The Alphaprint system is not a “single cleaner”, but a two-phase process designed to solve what single-step systems cannot: deep cleaning + perfect surface finish.

Using only one product (either the cleaner or the finisher alone) may cause:

  • Surface residues
  • Irregular finish after UV curing

For optimal results, always apply: Step 1 + Step 2 in sequence.

✅ STEP 1 – Alphaprint Resin Surface Pro Cleaner (deep cleaning)

Correct use:

  • Submerge the part for 2–5 minutes.
  • Ensure full coverage even in highly detailed areas.
  • Can be used manually or in a wash station.

Important notes:

  • Removes uncured resin residues with high efficiency.
  • May leave a micro-layer of cleaner on the surface (normal behavior).
