Colfeed4Print's FEco family of materials includes the FEco Graphene in filament format as well as in pellet format. The FEco Graphene pellets have a PLA base and inorganic content in the form of 15% of conductive graphene particles with a mean diameter of 503 nm and a specific surface area 180 m²/g. Parts 3D printed with these pellets have an electrical conductivity of 1000 S/m and can be UV-sterilized. The method of colloidal preparation employed for the feedstock facilitates achieving a significant level of dispersion for graphene particles within the polymer matrix.

Graphene is widely recognized for its exceptional conductivity, making it a highly sought-after material for various conductive applications. Due to its unique atomic structure, graphene exhibits outstanding electrical conductivity, surpassing traditional materials like copper and silicon. It is employed in diverse fields, including electronics, energy storage, and sensors, where its remarkable conductivity enables efficient transmission of electrical signals and facilitates the development of advanced electronic devices and high-performance batteries.

For optimal printing results, adhere to the following printing recommendations: maintain a printing temperature of 170-180 ºC, with a bed temperature ranging from 50-60 ºC. A printing speed of 5-20 mm/s and a layer height exceeding 0.15 mm are advised. To safeguard the integrity of the pellets, store it in a dry, shaded environment within the temperature range of 5-30 ºC. More 3D printing tips can be found in the technical datasheet and printing recommendations document in the Downloads section.
