The ePLA+HS filament by eSUN is an advanced iteration of standard PLA, offering significantly improved mechanical properties and a wide range of vibrant colors. Its enhanced strength and toughness ensure durability, with a tensile strength of 59 MPa and an Izod impact strength of 4.1 kJ/m². Flexural strength reaches 78 MPa, while a flexural modulus of 2695 ensures excellent rigidity. Despite its robustness, the material maintains flexibility with an elongation at break of 17.5%, reducing the likelihood of fractures. These properties make ePLA+HS a reliable choice for demanding applications.

Designed specially for high-speed 3D printing, ePLA+HS ensures optimal performance at printing speeds ranging from 50–300 mm/s and up to 500 mm/s in advanced setups. It supports high-speed printers like Bambu Lab X1, X1C, P1P  (STL adapter for AMS in Attachments), Creality K1, AnkerMake M5, and FLSUN V400. The filament delivers consistent results even at maximum speeds, with excellent layer bonding, no shrinkage, deformation, bubbling, or stringing. Its ability to maintain detail and precision under rapid conditions sets it apart as a filament for professional use.

To achieve optimal print quality with the eSUN filament, it is recommended to use the printer settings specified in the material's technical datasheet (Attachments).

Should the part not adhere properly to the print bed, it is recommended to use an adhesion product such as Magigoo, a solution designed specially for 3D printing.

Proper filament storage is essential for maintaining the quality of any filament. To prevent compromised print quality due to moisture absorption, the eSUN filaments should be stored in a sealed container with desiccant.

If the filament absorbs excess moisture, drying it before printing in a filament dryer according to the recommended material settings is recommended to restore its optimal printing properties.
