Phrozen Cure XL

The post-curing of parts 3D printed with resin is crucial in order to finalize the material properties and strengthen the 3D prints. One of the post-curing devices from the Phrozen catalog of resin 3D printing solutions is the Cure XL machine.

Phrozen Cure XL is a professional UV curing device with the dimensions of 33 x 33 x 60 cm and a capacity for 29.5 x 29.5 x 45 cm models, which meets the needs of users of bigger LCD 3D printers. The big size of Cure XL makes it ideal for the curing of large models or batches. To facilitate that, the interior of Cure XL is equipped with a removable shelf.

Cure XL uses 365 nm, 385 nm and 405 nm UV-LEDs to cure the model's inner, middle, and outer layers, respectively. The 360º rotating platform helps avoid unven curing, blind spots and discoloration of the parts due to uneven exposure. The manufacturer recommends curing parts for about 20-30 minutes and stresses the importance of making sure that the parts are completely dry before being placed in Cure XL. With hollow parts, the user must make sure the inside of the part is dry before post-curing.

The Cure XL machine is easy to use thanks to the straightforward digital user interface (one-click setup) and comes with a stable power supply (built-in safety interlock system that is applicable for 100-240 V 50-60 Hz Voltage) and cooling system. These features make Cure XL user friendly and safe to use post-curing machine that will perform well in the long term, even with intense usage.
