The CarbonX Nylon 12+CF filament represents the forefront of 3D printing materials, combining high thermal performance with superior mechanical strength. Its continuous use temperature of 120 °C and HDT of 150 °C ensure printed parts maintain structural integrity even under extreme conditions. This material is ideal for industrial applications requiring lightweight yet durable components, while maintaining stable dimensional accuracy and minimal shrinkage, essential for tools, fixtures, and functional prototypes.

The strength and stiffness of CarbonX Nylon 12+CF remain consistent across a wide temperature range, allowing for the printing of parts that withstand loads and stress without deforming. Its low moisture absorption ensures mechanical properties are preserved even in humid environments, eliminating common degradation issues found in traditional nylon filaments. Additionally, its reduced density makes it the perfect choice for high-performance lightweight parts without sacrificing structural strength.

In environments where chemical resistance is critical, CarbonX Nylon 12+CF outperforms other PA6 nylons. Its specialized formulation ensures parts resist solvents, oils, and industrial chemicals, making it a reliable material for advanced technical applications. The combination of low shrinkage and minimal warping guarantees reproducible, precise parts, optimizing efficiency in both production and industrial prototyping.

To achieve strong and dimensionally accurate parts, the extruder temperature should be between 365 °C and 390 °C, and the heated bed between 140 °C and 160 °C. Using a heated chamber and a minimum 0.4 mm nozzle is recommended to ensure consistent flow and avoid clogs.

The layer height should be at least 0.10 mm, with 0.25 mm or higher recommended to balance speed and detail. Before printing, dry the filament at 65 °C for 4 hours, or 90 °C for 4 hours in humid environments to maintain mechanical properties and minimize warping.
