These nylon 11 pellets are a FGF 3D printing material used for direct extrusion or filament production. The PA11 pellets have a particle size of 0.05-0.10 mm and are available in white. It should be noted that polyamide material absorbs water-based dyes very well, so it could even be dyed.

A unique feature of this material is the very small size of the particles, which makes the pellets look like powder. However, these PA11 pellets are intended for FGF 3D printing and cannot be used in SLS 3D printing equipment, as there is a risk of damaging the SLS 3D printer.

The best equipment for processing PA11 pellets is the Mahor V4 pellet extruder or the Tumaker 3D printers for direct extrusion. Tumaker 3D printers in the dual extrusion variant are especially suitable for printing with PA11 pellets as a support material, even in combination with filament. It is also possible to manufacture filament from PA11 pellets with the help of the Felfil EVO extruder.
