Nanovia PA-6 Rail are pellets composed of polyamide (nylon) and flame retardant ceramics certified by the NF EN 45545-2 standard for fire protection of railway vehicles, due to their non-flammability, low smoke emission and absence of toxics.

Nanovia's PA Rail pellets are designed for the railway sector, and with them it is possible to create parts resistant up to 100ºC.

  • PA-6 Rail pellets can be used in the manufacture of filament for FDM 3D printers using Filastruder or any other filament extruder.
  • It is possible to use a pellet extruder for 3D printing directly.

With the combination of PA-6 Rail pellets and a good filament extruder such as Filastruder, it is possible to obtain 3D printing filament with qualities similar to those of a commercial filament.

When using PA-6 Rail Pellets to make filament with a filament extruder such as Filastruder or using a pellet extruder for direct 3D printing, it should be noted that the extrusion temperature must be regulated in relation to the extrusion speed used. For optimal results, it is recommended to read the product's usage tips.

It is recommended to print Nanovia PA Rail in a room with air extraction or using suitable ventilation equipment.
