This replacement kit includes a combination of plastic and metal nozzles, specifically designed for the LDM WASP Extruder 3.0. It is compatible only with this version (blue extruder) and not with the previous version (black extruder), ensuring optimal fit and precise operation.

The kit contains: 1.5 mm metal nozzle, 2.0 mm metal nozzle, 3.0 mm metal nozzle, 1.26 mm gray conical plastic nozzle, 1.63 mm green conical plastic nozzle, and a Luer Lock adapter. Each nozzle has been selected to cover different flow rates and levels of detail, allowing quick adaptation of the extrusion system for dense materials, pastes, or ceramic mixes.

The modular design of this set allows easy switching between nozzles of different diameters according to material viscosity or desired detail, without replacing the entire extruder head. This speeds up in-plant changes and reduces maintenance time.

For installation, it is recommended to carefully remove the used nozzle, install the new one ensuring the correct tightening torque, and purge the system with material or reduced flow before starting series production. This ensures a homogeneous flow from the start and minimizes the risk of irregular deposition.
