The Nozzle CHT Nextruder for Prusa is a high-precision nozzle designed for Prusa MK4, MK4S, MK3.9, and CORE One printers. Its Core Heating Technology (CHT) allows for more uniform filament heating, improving flow and print quality.

Available in 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm diameters, this nozzle offers versatility to meet different printing needs. The 0.4 mm option is ideal for fine details, while the 0.6 mm option allows higher speed without compromising resolution.

Made of high-quality brass, the Nozzle CHT Nextruder for Prusa is compatible with 1.75 mm filaments and supports temperatures up to 300°C. Its all-metal design eliminates the need for PTFE tubes, improving overall printer reliability and making nozzle changes easier.

To maintain optimal performance and extend the nozzle's lifespan, it is recommended to use it with non-abrasive filaments. For printing with composite or abrasive materials, hardened steel nozzles are advisable, as they offer greater wear resistance.
