The Anycubic ACE Pro is an innovative accessory designed to transform Anycubic Kobra 3, Cobra 3 Max, and Kobra S1 printers into platforms capable of printing with up to 4 colors simultaneously, with the possibility of reaching 8 shades by using two units in tandem. This system not only adds multicolor capabilities but also integrates active filament drying during printing, preventing moisture-related issues and significantly improving the final print quality.

Built with a lightweight construction and compact dimensions, the ACE Pro features a 200 W dual PTC heating system and dedicated fans that maintain the internal temperature up to 55 °C—ideal for drying and keeping materials like PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PET, PA, PC, PP, or HIPS in optimal condition. In addition, its design includes smart tangle detection, automatic same-color reload when the initial spool runs out, and nozzle clog detection, which pauses the print to prevent serious failures.

The ACE Pro's integration with Anycubic’s “filament identification” system via RFID ensures that the printer automatically recognizes the inserted material’s color and type, adjusting the printing parameters accordingly. Thanks to this level of synchronization, you can combine up to four different materials in a single print, and eventually up to eight, once the multicolor hub becomes available.

The parallel feeding system with individual spools significantly reduces material change times and minimizes tangles by rewinding only what is necessary. Combined with active rewinding and drying functions, it allows printing to continue uninterrupted even during spool changes.

Finally, Anycubic equipped the ACE Pro with a smart color change algorithm that groups adjacent layers of the same tone, optimizing filament use, reducing waste, and accelerating the printing process.
