Creality CR-M4 Heating Block Kit

The quick-change hotend kit for the Creality CR-M4 integrates all the elements necessary for a complete and clean replacement of the thermal assembly. It includes a heater block, nozzle, thermistor as an NTC temperature probe, heater cartridge, and silicone sock, ensuring operational continuity with minimal downtime.

The heater block, made of an AL6061 aluminum alloy and SUS303 stainless steel, features a quick-release nozzle system that simplifies maintenance and diameter changes without extensive recalibrations. The silicone sock stabilizes temperature and reduces heat loss, while the heater cartridge provides efficient energy transfer and the thermistor offers accurate readings for PID control.

The assembly is designed to fit into the CR-M4 head without modifications, maintaining flow geometry and compatibility with existing print profiles. The quick-change architecture streamlines service tasks (cleaning, nozzle replacement, or heat break inspection) and helps preserve dimensional quality in long prints and with technical materials.

In addition, it is fully compatible with MK8 nozzles, such as the high-end Brozzl, extending its versatility and allowing the use of advanced materials and geometries with superior precision and durability.
