The high flow hotend for Bambu Lab H2 Series and P2S printers significantly increases the amount of material that can be extruded, reducing printing time compared to conventional hotends. This is especially relevant for large-format models or parts with high infill.

The High Flow Hotend features an optimized melting zone that increases volumetric speed by up to 62.5% compared to standard nozzles, reducing print time by up to 30% on large models with dense infills. With a maximum volumetric speed of 65 mm³/s compared to 40 mm³/s for the standard hardened steel nozzle, it is manufactured from hardened steel resistant to abrasive filaments such as carbon fiber and glass. Designed for continuous high-speed printing up to 600 mm/s, it eliminates flow restrictions, and its quick nozzle change system enables tool-free swaps in seconds, minimizing downtime. Compatible with the H2D and A1 series (with standard performance on A1), it integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. Its advanced thermal management maintains stable temperatures to improve layer adhesion and surface finish, delivering consistent extrusion that ensures sharp edges and smooth textures without under-extrusion. The result is a reliable high-performance solution that boosts productivity across multiple 3D printing applications.
