Hotend for Raise3D printers
Spare hotends for Raise 3D printers Pro2, Raise Pro2 Plus, Raise E2, Raise E2CF, Raise Pro3, Forge 1 and Raise N2.
Raise Pro2 and Raise Pro2 Plus printers feature a dual direct extruder with retractable hotends operated electronically. The Hotend for Raise Pro2 is the original All-Metal hotend included by default with the Raise Pro2 and Raise Pro2 Plus, compatible with both the right and left extruder.
This hotend includes a high-quality stainless steel machined heatbreak, a heater block and an aluminum heatsink, a 0.4 mm brass nozzle and a silicone sleeve to protect parts from radiant heat and improve the thermal stability of the block.
The Raise E2 printer features an innovative IDEX dual extruder system that allows printing in two materials, as well as printing two parts simultaneously in dual or mirror mode. This system requires a different hotend for each extruder. The original Hotend for Raise E2 is available in two different versions, one compatible with the right extruder and another with the left.
Both versions include all components of the original assembly: a high-quality stainless steel machined heatbreak, an aluminum heater block, a 0.4 mm brass nozzle, a heater cartridge and a thermistor.
The Raise N2 3D printer features a dual extruder. The Hotend for Raise N2 is compatible with both the right and left extruder interchangeably.
This hotend is made of high-quality parts and includes a 0.4 mm brass nozzle.
The hotend for Raise N series printers is compatible with Raise 3D silicone sleeves for hotends, which protect part surfaces during printing and improve the thermal stability of the block.
The Raise Pro3 printer features a dual direct extruder with retractable hotends operated electronically. Pro3 hotends reach a maximum printing temperature of 300 ºC and are very easy to replace without additional tools, facilitating filament jam removal.
The Raise Forge 1 printer features a single extrusion system, and its hotend is compatible with the Raise 3D nozzle and silicone sleeve series. This hotend is designed for stable performance and easy replacement.
Similar to the Raise3D E2, the 3D E2CF printer also features the IDEX dual extruder system, allowing printing with two different materials or in mirror mode. Each extruder requires a different hotend: one for the left extruder and one for the right.
Thanks to original Raise3D spare hotends, users can replace the hotends of their 3D printer if needed, achieving maximum performance from their equipment.
To replace the hotends it is recommended to follow carefully the guides available in the download tab. Each time the hotend is replaced, it is recommended to calibrate the PID and adjust the height of the printing platform.
