The TR250LV High Temp grey resin belongs to the Phrozen portfolio of functional resins with superior engineering qualities. The TR250LV resin was designed for the 3D printing of parts that require high thermal resistance and high mechanical strength.

The TR250LV High Temp resin is user-friendly and easy to print due to its low viscosity and low odor. Furthermore, parts 3D printed with this material exhibit very low shrinking, which means the 3D printed model will be very accurate with respect to the design and will have a great surface detail.

Apart from the precision and excellent mechanical properties, the TR250LV High Temp resin demonstrates excellent thermal resistance. Parts 3D printed with this material can withstand heat of up to 120 ºC, which makes the TR250LV High Temp resin suitable for proofing products in the 100-120 ºC range.

Thanks to its great mechanical and thermal performance, the TR250LV High Temp resin can be used for the additive manufacturing of prototypes or functional parts, as well as for thermoforming applications in the dental or engineering industry.

Once opened, Phrozen TR250LV High Temp resin must be stored properly to prevent degradation of the resin. To achieve the desired properties, parts 3D printed with TR250LV High Temp resin must be post-processed. The parts must first be washed in IPA alcohol or any other authorized resin cleaning liquid and then post-cured under UV light. Washing and curing can be done with the help of devices such as the Phrozen Cure & Wash Kit or the Cure XL or Cure Mega curing devices.
