The Precision Model resin is a high-performance SLA 3D printing material from Formlabs, specifically designed for dental applications. It is engineered to produce highly accurate, smooth, and opaque beige restorative models, characterized by a matte finish and well-defined margin lines. With over 99% of the printed surface area falling within 100 μm of the digital model, it ensures exceptional precision for detailed dental models.

Leveraging the capabilities of the Form 4 Series printers, this next-generation resin offers a threefold increase in printing speed compared to its predecessor the Model resin, while enhancing both accuracy and aesthetic quality, making it ideal for dental professionals requiring reliable and efficient production. The Precision Model resin offers an efficient solution for high-quality model production, allowing the printing of up to eight models in just 90 minutes.

Its post-processing is streamlined, with a fast 5-minute wash and a room-temperature post-cure, also completed in 5 minutes. The resin is integrated within the robust, end-to-end Form 4 product ecosystem, rigorously validated to ensure continuous uptime and reliability, making it ideal for professionals seeking speed and efficiency without compromising the quality or precision of their prints. Details on the Precision Model resin's mechanical properties as well as the recommended washing and curing settings can be found in the Attachments section.
